Privacy Policy

This policy briefly explains what data Averisca uses, why it is needed, and how long it is stored.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This policy defines the processing procedure for personal data of averisca.cloud users.

1.2. The data controller and owner is the Averisca service administrator, who determines the purpose and method of processing. General requests may be submitted through the ticket system or to support@averisca.cloud. Personal-data and privacy requests may also be sent to privacy@averisca.cloud.

1.3. Using the service implies reading this policy but does not replace explicit consent where required.

1.4. The policy applies to the website, dashboard, control panel, support, and related technical systems of Averisca.

2. What Data Is Used and Why

2.1. Data may come from the user, their device, payment provider, and technical service systems.

2.2. The service may process email, IP address, browser and device data, order and payment info, login and security logs, support inquiries, and technical service usage data.

2.3. Data is used for registration, service provisioning and payment, support, infrastructure protection, fraud prevention, record keeping, and defense of legal rights.

2.4. Averisca does not sell personal data. Necessary data may be processed by hosting providers, Cloudflare, payment, mail, and other technical services participating in service delivery.

3. Storage Periods

3.1. The periods specified below are maximums. Specific data may be deleted earlier if no longer required.

3.2. For game hosting, the server is suspended after the paid period ends and its core files are stored for 7 days for renewal. VPS data is stored for 24 hours under the separate “VPS Services” rule.

3.3. Technical logs, IP addresses, login, device, and security event data may be stored for up to 24 months.

3.4. Account, order, payment, refund, ticket, and correspondence data may be stored for up to 5 years after last activity, service completion, or suspension.

3.5. Suspension reasons, violation evidence, and minimal identifiers required to prevent re-registration, fraud, or attacks may be stored for up to 5 years after suspension.

3.6. In case of ongoing disputes, chargebacks, investigations, or claims, related data may be stored until final resolution and as needed to protect service rights.

3.7. For game hosting, user-created backups in the control panel are stored for 31 days and then automatically deleted. VPS backup retention is determined by the plan or a separate add-on.

3.8. After expiration, data is deleted or anonymized. Anonymized statistical data may be stored indefinitely if unidentifiable to any user.

4. Data Security

4.1. The service implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.

4.2. Access to data is granted only to persons and services requiring it for task execution.

4.3. In case of security breaches, users and authorities are notified as required by applicable law.

5. Personal Data Requests

5.1. Users may request confirmation of personal data processing and access to their data within applicable legal bounds.

5.2. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal-data processing may be submitted through a ticket, to privacy@averisca.cloud, or to support@averisca.cloud. The service may require identity verification and confirmation of control over the account, email, payment method, or other related data. Responses and further service correspondence are sent from support@averisca.cloud.

5.3. Personal data of third parties, passwords, access secrets, internal security mechanisms, anti-fraud rules, and investigative details are withheld.

5.4. Users may request correction, deletion, or processing restriction. Requests may be partially denied if data is required for service provision, security, legal compliance, or dispute defense.

5.5. Manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests may be rejected or charged reasonably as permitted by law.

5.6. The service responds within statutory deadlines after identity verification.

6. International Data Transfer

6.1. Technical services used by Averisca may process data in other countries.

6.2. Such transfers are conducted only as necessary for service functionality and under required legal protection safeguards.

7. Policy Changes

7.1. The service may update this policy. The revision date is indicated at the top of the document.

7.2. Material changes are published on the website or communicated as required by law.

7.3. Applicable law governs data processing based on the user and service jurisdiction.

9. Infrastructure Security and Abuse Reports

9.1. To protect infrastructure, review abuse reports, and prevent repeated incidents, the service may process IP addresses, timestamps, account and VPS IDs, IP assignment history, authentication and security events, necessary network and technical logs, abuse reports, case correspondence, and actions taken following review.

9.2. These data are used to prevent attacks, investigate incidents, stop abuse, protect infrastructure and other users, process third-party reports, prevent repeated violations, and protect the legitimate interests of the service and users.

9.3. The user may receive necessary information from an abuse report so they can understand and resolve the issue. Excess personal data of the reporter, names, email addresses, and unrelated information are not disclosed unless needed for the response.

9.4. The service does not continuously inspect VPS file contents. Technical data or content may be accessed only to the extent necessary to operate the service, protect security, investigate an incident, or comply with a lawful request.

9.5. Ordinary technical and security logs may be retained for up to 24 months, while abuse correspondence, confirmed violations, and related account records may be retained for up to 5 years when necessary to prevent repeated incidents, handle disputes, or protect rights. These periods do not change the 24-hour VPS-file retention period after plan expiry.
